Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service access.

Prohibited Activities

Violation Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service access and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property

The TokiTranscript service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TokiTranscript and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit for transcription. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing transcription services.
Generated Transcripts
You own the transcripts generated from your submitted content. We do not claim ownership of the transcribed text, but we reserve the right to use anonymized data for service improvement.
Service Limitations & Disclaimers
Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for high accuracy in our transcriptions, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Transcription quality may vary based on audio quality, language, accent, and other factors.
Service Availability
We provide our service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Usage Limits
We may impose reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TokiTranscript shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

- Damages resulting from any content obtained from the service
- Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on the service
Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
